Sabrena Ikon, PhD, is the Founder of Career & Wellness Group, Inc. and is a Positive Psychology practitioner. She is a certified Happy For No Reason Trainer, and is devoted to sharing the “7 steps to being happy” which the framework for achieving s an inner state of peace and wellbeing. The initial workshops were developed by transformational teacher, Marci Shimoff, author of Happy for No Reason and co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul.  Having a deep passion for healing, positivity, and calmness,  drives Sabrena’s commitment to sharing the happiness tools and practices she learned from Marci that helped her to overcome challenging times of family loss, unemployment, illness, and financial struggles. In spite of these difficult experiences, Sabrena earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Positive Psychology, a Masters Degree in Positive Psychology with an emphasis in  Pastoral Counseling, and has acquired extensive experience in the field of Human Resources.  With seven decades of life experience and five decades of vocational experience, she  is a remarkable of  elder of reinvention and resilience. Today, Sabrena facilitates online workshops and provides coaching for you inspired souls seeking life enhancement and/or career advancement. Each workshop is designed to give you mindset shifts  and/or practical tools to discover your  “inner  home” for happiness, a simple, yet powerful metaphor which includes:
